8 pages, plus large folding map. Saddle stapled into stiff paper wrap covers. Covers remain bright, and aside from a small stain at the upper outside corner, are clean. Map shows a three inch closed tear along bound in edge. Tear crosses border and goes just under map title. Map also shows a few small fold tears. Contents are otherwise very clean and intact.

It remains in original Mylar sleeve, and is housed in a Near Fine cloth covered slipcase that shows two small and light smudges.
