106 pages, plus two pages of index. With the book plate of Stuart W. [Wells] Jackson (1875-1957; Yale Library trustee and benefactor). Red leather over spine and corners, and marbled paper over boards. Covers are a little rubbed, and there is a scuff affecting the letters "OU" on spine.
