Owthwaite (president of the Topeka Chamber of Commerce); Letters are glue to leaf, along with several small newspaper clippings, and both show small edge tears not affecting type or signatures; Landon letter reads: "...Dear Art: Your note of November 4th which I just found in the accumulated mail touches me very deeply. I have received many beautiful letters from all over the country, but none more so than yours. It is one that I shall always keep. Thank you for your gracious and happy expressions. / I have had a experience that comes to few men and the net of it is all to the good.
