There is a dedication title page for "Vol. II" followed by the actual title page for Vol. IX with 352 pages, plus seven plates and six folding maps (lacking "Map of Germany" and "Burgomasier and Peasant of Nuremburg") and actual title page for Vol. X with 337 pages, plus six plates and four folding maps.
